Overview[]

Swordsman Herobrine launches attack on the Resistance Tribe's desert base, as Blue Demon continues to battle the players. Meanwhile, Herobrine tells his story of how he came to be.

Plot[]

The episode starts at the Resistance Tribe's desert base, where Swordsman Herobrine is surrounded by the tribe. Swordsman Herobrine reveals the second form of his weapon, a form that allowed it to be wielded with ranged attacks, as he dominated the rest of the tribe with these attacks. As Mr. Oinkers and Blue Demon arrive to the scene of battle, Blue Demon states how the ignorant people are the luckiest.

Somewhere else, the main Herobrine is seen floating upon the mountains, facing Chris, pondering if the beings on the world even realize what they're doing to each other. Chris asks Herobrine to tell him his story, as the latter is surprised, but accepts.

At first, Herobrine was but an observer, and he watched how the beings on the world interacted with each other. He noticed how many of them were suffering, and were alone. He wanted to help, regardless if people rejected him. So, he made subtle changes to try and guide the beings to the right path, however some of these changes upset the people, and they resorted to violence in order to "solve" these changes.

Herobrine then thinks to himself that he would definitely find a way for the living beings on the world to stop suffering, no matter if these changes were cruel. He hoped for the people to be able to endure these changes, until they finally realized that they were the ones causing these problems. In that reality, he possessed many players in order to "unite" them, so they wouldn't have to fight each other and suffer anymore. However, flashing back to what a player fighting Swordsman Herobrine stated, saying that he would stop Herobrine's evil, what his "evil" actually was, is his depiction of his love for the world.

After telling his story, Herobrine questions Chris on whether he truly is an evil god, and what the latter would do if he possessed this power. Surprised, Chris remembers, and sees how Herobrine has the same motives as Steve, but handles it much differently.

Whilst giving a speech to a group of players and villagers, Chris explained how they have to be responsible for each other, as well as the price to pay for having the choice to choose how to act. As this goes on, Blue Demon continues fighting two Herobrine vessels, as the battle between the players, Herobrine, and the mobs rages on. There is a scene in which Dinnerbone decides not to interfere with the battle as to not take the challenge away from his “student”, likely referring to Steve.
