Annoying Villagers 57, titled I am My Own Enemy is the fifty-seventh episode of Annoying Villagers. The video was released in April 3, 2021, with a trailer released a day prior on April 2, 2021 and a reveal post two days prior on April 1, 2021.
Overview[]
The episode continues the events from the last episode, which more focuses on Steve's original aspect's attempt to prevent Angry Steve from taking over Steve's physical body.
Plot[]
Steve meets more aspects of himself in the past and overcomes his fears. At that time, Courage Steve stands at the portal, Steve catches up with him with the help of the rest of his aspects. Steve offers Courage Steve to fight, but he refuses, the others try to stop him, but it's too late. Courage Steve took over the body completely. There is a short conversation with Jessica the Dark Shield and Tony the Fishing Rod. Courage Steve says that he is ready, but Entity303 says that he was afraid that this would happen and does not allow Steve to leave, revealing that he is in fact a Creator. Dinnerbone suddenly bursts into the dimension of Entity 303, and the episode ends on a cliffhanger.

- As of this episode, Steve is now fully controlled by his angry aspect.
- However, according to Blue Demon in Annoying Villagers 59, he still knew that he's still lacking one thing just like how the original aspect of Steve has lacked after seeing the latter having reawakened.
- Jessica and Tony have evolved with Tony being a fishing rod with a blade while Jessica looking more taller.
- This is the first time:
- Flanker uses his bow.
- Boop and MrFudgeMonkeyz return after a year-hiatus.
- Chris appears during Steve's reawakening now in his normal and unwounded form.
- Same thing goes for Greg.
- Ice blocks are seen.
- Dinnerbone fights Entity303.
- It's revealed that there are more aspects of Steve, which are his past versions of him.
- This is foreshadowed from the previous episode as we could see a happy aspect of Steve before the "To Be Continued" scene appears.
