“ | Dance Battle! *nose fart* | ” |
–Boop's catchphrase |
Prince[1] Boop (/bu:p/) is a major protagonist in Annoying Villagers series. Formerly the prince of the Villager Kingdom and son of the Villager King, he later left the royal family due to unknown reasons and lived in an ordinary village as an ordinary villager. Soon he found himself wound in a wacky, dangerous, and profound adventure that sees him changing into one of the main protagonists of the series. Meeting a variety of characters along the journey, Boop unknowingly changes from a mere villager to a major threat to Herobrine with a lot of uncontrollable powers.
He is voiced by MrFudgeMonkeyz, alike to all male characters in the series.
Appearance[]
Boop has the same appearance as other villagers, with a brown skin tone and large nose, and like some, he wears a purple robe and a brown shirt and leggings underneath. Like his friend Green, Boop bears green eyes.
When Boop's Herobrine powers were triggered, Boop's eyes turn glowing white (like Herobrine's) and his robe turn into a darker shade of brown. Since Boop's mind goes completely blank, he does not talk in this form.
In his BoopNotch form/fusion, Boop's face remains the same and his eyes turn glowing-white once again; But, he keeps he loses his robe, gaining gray pants, a short-sleeve brown shirt, black shoes, and a black cape with a yellow Mojang logo. In this fusion, Boop and Notch are transported to the spirit realm, and although when fighting the form remains silent, Boop and Notch can still occasionally switch and change who's in control of the entity (and their heads), plus lose the glowing eyes and talk.
As a prince, Boop wore similar outfit as the Villager King and holding a wooden staff with an emerald floating on it, however his robe was colored purple.
Personality[]
Boop has an extremely wacky and naive personality, which can often annoy others.
While Boop has an important role to play, he is seen at many times to be very unobservant, easily distracted, clueless, and forgetful. He often forgets to say pressing issues or important information, such as when he spotted Diamond Armored Zombies stalking them down, he simply ran off and didn't tell Fudge nor Steve the llama. His forgetful nature is even more apparent when he didn't recognize who the Villager Scouts and the Villager King are, despite being a prominent member of the Villager Kingdom in the past and even being the latter's heir.
Finding it hard to pay attention to detail, (especially towards important things) Boop was imperceptive when listening to the Villager Scout Captain of squad 33 tell him the story and growth of the Villager Kingdom. On him and Mrfudgemonkeyz's journey to find a hospital, he began dancing mindlessly while singing "Boop boop boop boop..." with an empty map before MrfudgeMonkeyz questioned him how much further before they reached their destination.
Boop has a pure heart at the core, having shown absolutely no signs of dark thoughts or negativity. Boop has shown common fear in certain situations, having been thrust into a perilous journey and being hunted down by mobs, being timid along with being imperceptive. He also sometimes breaks the 4th wall and talks things that were not related to the story like how after the captain of squad 33 told his story and lied to him about an airport being renovated next to them and how he talked about Pig Land though it was not seen. Sometimes, even when he got powers from dead Herobrine Vessels and tells the truth when he beated them though it was not seen to the other characters but the villains and even though he tells MrFudgeMonkeyz about his new superpowers, it was speculated to be lie though it wasn't.
Skills and Abilities[]
- Obsidian Manipulation - After accidentally absorbing Herobrine's powers, Boop has been able to manipulate obsidian, creating obsidian structures and crushing enemies with ease. However, Boop is unable to have complete control over this ability, so it appears unpredictably and often leaves him when he needs it the most.
- Super-Duper Mega Ultimate - Boop summons two dumbbell-shaped obsidian structures and hurdles them at enemies.
- Super Mega House Attack - Summons an obsidian house around enemies.
- Super Mega Lock The Door Attack - Boop can lock the door if his enemies when in the Super Mega House Attack.
- Super Mega Fusion Attack - He hits enemies in the face with obsidian.
- Super Mega Ultimate (Obsideon) - An obsidian block with 6 poles in it, fast heavy projectile, and some strange particles.
- Super Mega Ultimate (Special Attack) - A Bunch of Energy is realeased from his Hands and Obliterates the Enemy right infront of him.
- Close Combat - He beats up enemies with a truck we received from a pink zombie.
- Summoning - Boop similarly doesn't know how to control this ability, which spawns a random mob to protect and serve him.
- Nose Farts - Boop is able to control farts at will with his nose, as seen after Charlie the Creeper asks him to show his powers. This ability is likely entirely useless.
- Dance Battles - Described by Boop as his main way of solving problems, Dance Battles begin when Boop takes on a silly posture, does a nose fart, and his opponent accepts the challenge. As the name implies, both sides have a dance-off with all kinds of songs and moves. This ability works mainly against zombies and is useless against Herobrine, who simply refuses to do a dance battle. As Boop himself says, he is "immune to my dance battles!"
- Notch Fusion - While fused by notch he can summon blocks to aid him, and has super speed/instagib. Using his, "Super Mega Ultimate" attack to finish Armored Herobrine off.
- Herobrine transformation - while in herobrine boop form he can use the powers of herobrine when he is in danger. (Mrfudgemonkeyz never sees it nor believes that he has it.)
- 4th wall Awareness - in Annoying Villagers 13 he says 'me and the rest of the viewers don't really know what happening' like he knows he's being watched by viewers of some type of show.

Whilst Eddie the Enderman was hopelessly trying to fend off the Zombie soldiers, Boop was left cowering and seeking refuge in a small makeshift shelter built around him. Throughout an opening in his shelter, he spots the Pink Armoree Zombie trying to steal his pink wool. At the sight of this, Boop is filled with uncontrollable rage, triggering his powers and causing him to attain this powerful form. In this state, Boop's mind becomes completely blank with only one goal left, eliminating anyone who stands in his way. Boop's robes noticeably gain a shade darker, turning muddy brown. He continuously has green electricity surging through him wildly in an erratic manner, also serving as an offensive technique.

Trivia[]
- In episode 13, Boop breaks the fourth wall when he says, "That would be great, me and the rest of the viewers don't know what's happening."
- Despite once being a royal member in the Villager Kingdom, Boop didn't recognize who the Villager Scouts are in Annoying Villagers 13, despite him had seen many during his role as a prince.
- This may have been as a result of his time away from the Kingdom, where he may have ended up forgetting most of the things about the Villager Kingdom, hence why he would be so confused about the Villager Kingdom despite his important role within it.
- Alternatively, Boop may have been deliberately breaking the fourth wall when he did so that the Villager Scouts could tell the viewers about the Villager Kingdom.
- He is the second character in the series to break the fourth wall as seen in Annoying Villagers 13. The first being his father, the Villager King.
- This indicates a possible parallel between being a member of the Villager Royal Family and having the ability to break the fourth wall.
- Boop's special move 'Super Mega Ultimate' was most likely inspired by Dragon Ball's 'Kamehameha', as Boop was also seen in the same stance in which 'Kamehameha' is used and shoots a very similar energy attack.
- Boop's name is likely taken from the onomatopoeia of a farting sound, fitting with his "nose farting" attitude.
- Boop's throne is raised slightly in comparison with the Villager King's - there are wooden posts below the throne. The reason for this is unknown, as he is just as tall as his father, even in that time.
- A possible theory for this is that Boop originally had the posts added to his throne when he was a young villager, but refused to have them removed even when he was an adult.
