Herobrine Greg was a transporter type vessel that possesses the Player Greg, who used to be in an alliance to Notch with his close friends Steve and Chris. He was also the first Herobrine to be secretly working as a double agent in the Resistance tribe for the Herobrine Forces.
Appearance[]
Herobrine Greg wears the exact same appearance Greg had before possessed, having nobleman-styled clothing. Greg's facial features include a complexion of dark green eyes and dark-blonde hair. He also has a square nose, as some players (depending on their skin) do not.
As a Herobrine vessel, his most prominent feature that distinguishes him as a vessel is his glowing eyes. He has the ability to change his appearance simultaneously, able to both drop the glowing eyes and activate them.
He was recently seen wearing tattered and deteriorated enchanted villager knight armor, giving him the appearance of being worn out from the battle, and later took his generic herobrine appearance, with tan skin and dark brown bowl hair, alongside turquoise T-shirt, indigo pants, and gray shoes underneath his tattered armor.
Personality[]
Although Herobrine Greg can switch between appearances, the manifestation shares the same intent as all other Herobrine Vessels. He is very convincing when acting undercover and disguising his identity, having the same attitude and using the same voice as Greg before he was possessed. He talks and acts casually like a normal Player and acts informally towards others. When he takes on his Herobrine form, he gains a more demonic voice and demeanor, foreshadowing his acts and intent.
Biography[]
Background[]
Becoming a Vessel[]
Greg was knocked unconscious and taken captive by a Red-shirted Zombie on him, Chris, and Steve's quest to destroy the mob spawners on the Island. He and Chris were both unconscious and then thrown onto the sand near the coastal area of the island by Diamond armored Zombies. The Zombies all moved to the side and bowed down to Island Herobrine, standing in between the two Players and bright entrance to the island. He then raised his hands, to which Greg and Chris both rose up as Herobrine Vessels, staring mindlessly at Steve floating away on his boat helplessly in the distance.
Annoying Villagers[]
Part of the Resistance[]
Greg (who was acting as an undercover double agent for the Herobrine Forces) told the Resistance tribe that a Villager squad was close by, allowing them to clear the area of mobs, set up numerous traps and ambush them. As the TNT Canons were launched, a Villager in a White Robe had ender-pearled away undiscovered, but not without taking any damage from the explosion. The Villager was about to make a run for it when Greg appeared behind him and held a diamond sword to his throat, telling him not to move.
Greg revealed himself and captured the White Robed Villager, throwing him into line with the other Villager Scouts and saluting. The leader of the Resistance X Grave X tells him he did a good job of leading the clan to the area. A member of the Resistance named Tommy speaks up, questioning how Greg knew that the squad was in the area. Greg simply responded that he had a "feeling" that there were going to be there, but Greg was most likely covering up the fact that he could sense the Villager Squad.
The captain of the squad broke out of his bonds and tried to escape, only to be effortlessly thwarted by My_Moustacheo. Grave mocks him and then tells him and the rest of the tribe to pack them up and head back to base.
Double Agent[]
Greg decided to head out of their base and "scout for a bit", brushing off and ignoring the Resistance's Guard's warning against him going outside for too long. After he pulled the lever to close off the entrance to their base, Greg immediately ran, unaware that he was being watched.
Greg runs to a small dirt/stone mount, looking left and right cautiously before removing part of the stone wall and revealing the entrance to a small bunker that was built inside of it. The Bunker was lit by numerous torches and had numerous neatly placed chests and double chests, meaning the Herobrine Forces were stocking up on supplies. Two Zombies were inside, one with a Red-shirt and a diamond helmet, the other being a normal Zombie with full diamond gear.
Herobrine Greg immediately activates his Herobrine form, gaining glowing eyes and asking the Zombies if everything was going according to plan. The red-shirted Zombie responded with a "yes master", and happily added that they were ready whenever he was. Herobrine Greg was satisfied and told them to begin 'phase three'.
Tommy was eavesdropping and breathing heavily, hiding behind a tree directly behind the entrance to the bunker. Herobrine Greg slowly turned his head to the left.
As Herobrine Greg slowly turns his head left, he instantly appears to the right of Tommy as normal Greg, casually asking him what he's doing outside. This greatly surprises Tommy, who tries to act innocent and also asks where Greg came from. Greg merely replies that he came out for a "little stroll", and told Tommy that he didn't expect to see him out too. Still shocked, Tommy agrees with Greg, who tells him that they should head back to base and that they have a meeting later on in the night. Still flustered from his sudden appearance, Tommy also agrees with Greg and hurriedly looks back to where the bunker was located, which was already swiftly covered up. Having even more suspicions of Greg now, Tommy decides he might be a double agent as he was heard communicating and would report it to Grave later on.
In The Base[]
They both headed back to base, only to find that Skymint and Napalm took out all the iron and put them in block form, making it look colorful and messy. Amused by this, Greg questioned if it was really necessary since they were at war. Skymint shouted in surprise that he though Minecraft was a home-decorating game. At this, Greg scratched the back of his head, agreeing with Skymint but stating that since they were at war, they didn't have that luxury. Skymint told Greg and Tommy out loud that there was always time to make something "fabulous."
Greg then whispered to Tommy that they should get rid of him as he might be a "problem." Skymint then began complimenting Napalm on his build, with Greg saying that it was just a checker packet, much to his amusement. After saying that what Napalm built was boring, he began placing stone bricks and telling them that they should build something more of his style. Suddenly, the Redstone torch started blinking red, signaling them to go to the 'meeting area'.
At the Meeting Area, Grave began telling the others of how he faced a Player with glowing eyes who ended up killing Burrito with his abnormal abilities. Napalm then begins to tell the legend of the White-eyed demon, with Greg listening in.
The New Item[]
Grave reminiscences back to the time where they had to group in the Meeting Area, to which Greg showed Grave the Villager mask for the first time. Greg told Grave that he believed that this would be well suited for him, stating that once he wears it all Villagers will identify him as their own. He then warned Grave that the Villagers have very unique customs and traditions to identify if a Villager is hostile or friendly towards them. He then added to, of course, avoid long-drawn-out conversations with them.
The two did an experiment with the mask on a Villager chained in a Minecart forced to make buckets of butter. Grave made a good first impression, but the Villager immediately got suspicious and started hectically questioning the peculiarity of Grave the "Villager". Greg decided to intervene, using his diamond sword to stab the Villager through the head, killing him.
Grave questioned him if that was really necessary as he would still be useful for their personal trading system. Greg responded saying that the Villager immediately grew suspicious of him and that they couldn't risk the existence of the item to be known. He then went on to tell him that the mask could be the key item to their success.
Observing the Battle[]
Back in the present, Greg began watching and observing Grave fighting alongside the Villager Knights against Steve with his Villager mask on. Whilst the battle raged on, Greg sensed the presence of a very strong creature that was neither a Player nor a Villager and was approaching the area. He decided to send an encrypted message in public chat that only Players have access to and the only person had the key to unlock is Grave. After reading the message, Grave decided to reveal his betrayal and slashed repeatedly at the Blue Villager Knight, sending him reeling towards the direction Greg was hiding behind a tree in, allowing him to rapid-fire the Villager with his bow to death.
The creature was revealed to be a Drowned Zombie, knocking Steve down and chasing after the Purple Villager Knight, whilst Greg and Grave both hid together behind trees. Greg told Grave not to make any sudden moves, as although there are only one of the Drowned creatures, he wouldn't want to fight it. Greg tells Grave that they have to get out of the area but he protests that they could kill Steve and steal his items. Greg sternly disagrees and that it would be best to keep things the way they are since The Drowned hadn't detected their presence yet.
After Grave began talking to Steve in public chat, Greg looked out slightly from behind the tree to look at Steve, who was battered, bruised, and lying on the dirt. Steve then rolled over and turned his head to the left, directly at where Greg was standing. Greg's eyes widened slightly in surprise and he quickly ran back to his left, leaving Steve and escaping with Grave.
Ravine Battle[]
Greg had stalked down The Drowned until he reached a dark Ravine , with steamy geysers bursting forth. The Blue Demon looked up and saw him standing in front of him, then questioned how long he had been following him for. For a second, he was in his normal player state, then his eyes began to glow brightly. He raised his right hand and yelled in a
high, demonic voice: "summoning!" Herobrine Greg slammed his hand on the stone ground, causing golden light to burst forth, and out of the blackness, Swordsman Herobrine came rising out of the ground.
Herobrine Greg told Blue Demon that they (meaning the Herobrine Forces) had always been following him, tracking him ever since he left. Upon the left and right alcoves of the Ravine, Netherite Herobrine and Dark Herobrine surrounded the Drowned from either side. The portal closed, and Swordsman Herobrine's sword transformed, shaking with uncontrollable energy and speaking in an ancient tongue. Swordsman Herobrine narrowed his eyes, and echoed "let's begin". The Drowned replied with "I agree" and holding the Legendary Sword, launched himself at the Swordsman Herobrine and Greg Herobrine.
Blue Demon and the Herobrine Vessels had a standoff before Blue Demon had managed to catch a Herobrine vessel off guard, stabbing her on the back and electrocuting her, then asking Herobrine Greg and Swordsman Herobrine how many Player tribes they've infected.
Herobrine Greg corrected him, stating that the right question is how many Player tribes have not been infected. At this, the Blue Demon narrowed his eyes, saying that he should've stopped them sooner. Greg and Swordsman Herobrine both replied and moved their hands in unison, speaking as a whole and referring to themselves as one individual. They proclaimed that he could not stop them as peace was inevitable and that they were the 'Bringer of Peace.' All the other Herobrine vessels did not move their mouths, talking out loud telepathically.
They informed the Blue Demon their steps towards a peaceful world, step one being that all evil and corrupt beings will be brought to justice and be eliminated. The Blue Demon thrust his right electrified trident aggressively at them and declared that they would be the first. The Herobrine Vessels continued, staying that step two was for the wise to be leading the weak, as the ignorant could not be entrusted with the survival of the world, so it was crucial that the wise must lead them or it would be the blind leading the blind. Blue Demon countered this, saying it was a wise statement from the 'foolish creature' they were. He questioned how they could tell if a person was wise or not, as everyone seemed to have their own criteria. They began to speak about 'Step three' but the Blue Demon swiftly cut them off, announcing that he grew tired of their "delusions".
The fight resumed, with Battle Axe Herobrine leaping down from his alcove in an attempt to land a fatal blow. Blue Demon then swung the Legendary Sword and smashed Dark Herobrine against the stone wall, despawning him. The drowned then managed to get Netherite Herobrine with his special attack 'Electric Field'. The drowned swung his sword to finish him off, but the sword glowed a reddened shade of enchantment, rejecting the Blue Demon as his wielder.
Shadow Herobrine glared on, with Herobrine Greg standing behind him. Battle Axe Herobrine then leapt with his axe raised for the kill. Blue Demon swiftly turned around and caught him and his Axe in mid-air, using his special move to electrify both Herobrine Vessels. Swordsman Herobrine took the opportunity to lash his sword out at Blue Demon, of whom backflipped away and used his tridents to expertly leap his way out.
As Swordsman Herobrine's sword fragments and purple lightning retracted, Herobrine Greg stated that they would force the Blue Demon to reveal everything about his knowledge and plans; It shall be theirs.
Resistance Desert Camp Raid[]
Sometimes later after Blue Demon's escape, Herobrine Greg teleported himself and Swordsman Herobrine to the Resistance's base. He then processed data from the vessels, knowing that many
vessels had been destroyed. He and Swordsman Herobrine then noticed many nearby players and found several of them worthy as new vessels, and they decided to harvest them, as Swordsman Herobrine's sword shaked uncontrollably.
After Swordsman Herobrine unleashed the second form of his sword, Herobrine Greg created a portal that leads right to the players. Swordsman Herobrine stretched his sword to the portal, killing several players. Later he summoned several more portals to the surviving players, which several zombies and a Red Shirt Zombies came out of the portal and attacked the players.
Later, he and Swordsman Herobrine were in search for more players to be harvested until Blue Demon performed his Trident Festival move, causing all tridents hidden underground to burst out and explode. After the ultimate detonation, Herobrine Greg was revealed not surviving the attack and had perished, signified by his armor item floating on the ground, while Swordsman barely survived the attack. This signifies that the player he possesses will respawn somewhere else, alike to Chris.
