Pillagers are a type of Illagers in Annoying Villagers series. Like most other Illagers, they are one of the rivals of the Villagers. They use crossbows and spear-axes to fight in combat.

Overview

Instead of having a unibrow, Pillagers just have regular eyebrows, and also have grey skin and somewhat of a special clothing or armor which doesn't quite match Minecraft's textures.

These pillagers are allied in the Illager Forces, which apparently sided with the zombies and skeletons with their hatred of the villagers, but it is never specifically stated that they work for Herobrine.

There are also baby variants of Pillagers, which are half the height of adults with disproportionately large heads.

The Alliance

The Pillagers appeared shortly after the new update and they with other Illagers made an alliance with the Zombies and Skeletons to destroy the Villagers.

Annoying Villagers

Ambushing Steve

When Steve, BBQ Sauce, and Blue Demon venturing in the Spruce forest, Blue Demon signalized the other two that they've been followed, and he told them to took them out. As the drowned left, two Pillagers appeared alongside a zombie and a skeleton. They fought against the player and the chicken, but the duo defeated them with ease. Steve then fell his guard on then a Pillager left the area to send reinforcements. Steve then threw BBQ Sauce to a Pillager, then the chicken spammed poisonous egges to the Pillager, killing it. When the reinforcements arrived, the duo retreated atop a hill.

Fighting against the Settlers

Shortly after Blue Demon, Steve, and BBQ Sauce retreated, a group of Villager Settlers arrived in the battlefield. They drew their flaming crossbows, as the Pillagers armed themselves.

The villagers shot flaming arrows to the Pillagers' side, but they placed several dirt walls to block it, as they shot back to the villagers. The villagers then summoned an Iron Golem Warrior and the golem rushed toward the pillagers. The golem successfully grabbed and killed a zombie, but was then killed by the Ravager.

The Arrival of the King

Later, after Blue Demon defeated Mr.Colder and Enchanter, two pillagers was seen kneeling and bowing their heads, repeatedly saying the words "King!" with an evoker and a vindicator as the Illager King arrived in the area.

Pillager Outpost

Several Pillagers was seen hiding behind a hill near a ruined outpost where Steve and Blue Demon were having a conversation. The pillagers were listening to their conversation, but later, most of them were killed by abnormal chickens, seemingly allies of Blue Demon.

Later, several Pillagers was seen again near an outpost that appeared next to a desert temple, while Steve and Fuzzy Cloud hid behind a pile of sand.

Later, a Pillager was seen fighting against Steve. Steve beat him with ease, but later more Pillagers arrived and exclaimed him to release their ally. The Pillager then told Steve that their King will hunt him. Steve then fell his guard on, as the Pillager knocked Steve out cold. It was unknown what happened to the Pillagers afterwards, but they were most likely defeated by Fuzzy Cloud.
