Serafina's Aquarium Zoo is a place built by Serafina back in the past. She built it to capture sea creatures and one included, Joe the Pufferfish. His brother tried to save him but was unsuccessful. Soon when Dinnerbone granted Joe's wish, the place was destroyed, and the monster was released.
