The Villager Scouts are a subfaction of the Villager Kingdom and part of its powerful military. They are mainly used for information gathering and most scouts have moderate combat skills. Only villagers with useless trades can become scouts. Sheeps, Cows, and Chickens from Council of Animals have been seen used as mounts by the scouts.
Overview[]
The standard villager scout wears gold armor (or differently colored armors) and a symbolic, white helmet. Below their armor are yellow clothing with yellow chainmail sleeves. Some scouts wear diamond armor, some of them likely being Captains.
The Villager Scouts division is further divided into smaller squads, each usually having less than ten scouts and are led by a scout captain. In order to be promoted into a captain, a villager scout must have to be involved in two level 10 threats and survive in those confrontations.
History[]
Villager Scouts Division was created shortly after the foundation of the Villager Kingdom, and was carried out orders to find undiscovered villages and build supply routes for them. Many are also sent out in small groups to gather information, mainly of the players. They are also tasked to take out any threats that may arise against villages.
Among the first squads of villager scouts were Jev's Squad. They were composed of three scouts, Jev included, and was the most successful squad at the time, able to successfully return several times with valuable information. The trio were eventually sent on a mission to spy on members of the largest player tribe at the time, the Purple Banana of Death. The trio was eventually cornered by the players. two of the Villager Scouts created a diversion for Jev, who managed to escape while the other scouts were killed.
As Jev was heading to the outpost, he was soon intercepted by a group of players, including Alex. They wanted to capture Jev, but then another squad of scouts arrived and engaged in battle against them, Unfortunately they were outmatched by the players and soon defeated, failing to rescue Jev.
Somewhere else, two Scouts were constructing an outpost in the outer regions in a savanna and one of them began talking about rumors of a mysterious creature going around destroying outer region outposts. The other scout disbelieved this, stating that it was unrealistic and must be the players, as all zombies are stupid and inferior compared to them. Suddenly a trident struck the bragging scout, causing a huge electrical explosion that killed him while The other scout was thrown back. The scout, in fear, realizing that it was Blue Demon, and the scout was soon impaled by the drowned's trident, meeting his death.
According to the episode chronology, the villager scouts were first seen taking out Herobrine Chris at the orders of the white-robed villager, who had told them that his fellow villagers were in danger. After killing Herobrine/Chris, they along with the white-robed villager went in search for Green, who had gone missing during the chase for MrFudgeMonkeyz.
Along the way in search for Green, they were ambushed by the Resistance, and suffered many casualties along the way. It is later revealed that the reason for the attack was because of search of the items the scouts carry and to add the scouts to their own villager trading system. however, scouts are expendable, since the requirement to becoming a scout is to have a useless trade, so the resistances trading system would be extremely weak compared to the villager kingdoms.
Later in Episode 17, a Herobrine finds a squad of villager scouts and asks them if they have seen a villager in a blue robe, but seeing him as a player, the villager scouts
attempted to kill him, but were all killed. Herobrine took a firework, which was used for long-range communication, and fired it in the air, attracting another squad of villager scouts, who also tried to kill him, but were defeated, though spared. Herobrine forced one by one to talk, to which there were two left. Herobrine turned one into a zombie to track down the nearest village, but the other one managed to escape to warn the Villager King.
In Episode 25, villager scouts were seen helping supply a village and defending it. Later, after the blue robed villager enters and attempts to turn the people against the Villager King, Herobrine attacks, and kills many villager scouts in the process.
In Episode 27, a single scout discovers Steve wielding a Villager Knight's sword. The scout assumes Steve is part of the Resistance. Before the scout can leave to report, he is discovered, and was chased. Steve catches up with the scout, and the scout loses his ride, but the chase was stopped in front of the Resistance.
In Episode 28, BingoBear is ordered by Grave to capture the villager scout while My_Moustacheo fights PoopBoy_Trucks. BingoBear traps The villager scout in stone where he cant suffocate. But when BingoBear and My_Moustacheo are not looking, he shoots a black firework which alerts a group of Villager Knights nearby. BingoBear then ultimately shoots the villager scout in the head.
Three scouts were guarding an outpost when BBQ sauce came and attacked them. Steve came and assisted him, and the drowned zombie god came and killed all three of them.
Scouts were later seen protecting a villager settlement from Panda Bear Destroyers and foxes. They eventually suffered heavy loss, however, leaving one scout left who were then being hold hostage by the foxes.

- The first villager scouts seen in Annoying Villagers 12 did not wear any armor.
- It is unknown why most villager scouts wear gold armor. Gold, being shiny and heavy, is not ideal for scouting or any combat situation. this may be an uniform for the scouts, or because in Annoying Villagers, gold has a light weight.
- The scouts, despite being "expendable", has been seen having potions, enchanted bows, and enchanted diamond swords, so the resistance clan attacking the scouts may be extremely profitable.
